Orders made by NCAT are binding and legally enforceable. If the other party does not follow the order, enforcement options may be available to you.

Request a warrant for possession if the tenant or resident does not leave the premises as ordered by NCAT

Request a certified money order so you can start enforcement proceedings at a court

Apply to renew the proceedings if a work order made by NCAT is not complied with
