Technical support information and resources for the NCAT Online website.
NCAT's online lodgement system works with most web browsers. For best results we recommend you always use a recent version of your browser.
NCAT Online is optimised for use with the following internet browsers:
Download the latest version of your web browser
Your browser must be set to allow Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Cookies and JavaScript. Most browsers are supplied with SSL, Cookies and JavaScript turned on and you should not need to change these settings. If these settings are disabled, the NCAT online application may not function correctly.
Please refer to your browser's help function to find out how to change these settings.
Before providing any personal details online, you should check your computer has the latest operating system, web browser and security updates installed.
For the highest level of security, we recommend your browser is enabled for a minimum of 128-bit encryption. You can check this in your browser's help function. If your browser is not already enabled for 128-bit encryption, you should install a later version of your browser.
Your browser must also support the encryption standard known as TLS1.2. This standard will be active by default in the current version of most browsers.
Test your web browser with the Browser Compatibility Checker.
For optimal viewing when applying online, it is recommended you adjust your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels. You can change your screen resolution in your computer's display settings.
For technical assistance when applying online, contact the NCAT Technical Services team on 1300 305 215 between 9:00am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, or by email at ncathelpdesk@ncat.nsw.gov.au.
If your question is about an application, you will need to contact NCAT Registry staff on 1300 006 228.
