From 1 January 2021 fees apply to strata schemes interim order applications lodged in addition to a strata schemes application.

NCAT's fees and charges changed on 1 January 2021 introducing a fee for lodging a strata schemes interim order in addition to a general strata schemes application.

Parties filing a general application in strata proceedings that includes an application for an interim order under section 231 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, will be required to pay for the interim order application and the general application fee.

NCAT’s fees and charges are prescribed under Schedule 2 of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Regulation 2013.

A concession rate of 25% of full fee is available for eligible pensioners. Parties who are unable to pay the concession fee or are not eligible may apply to NCAT for a full or partial fee waiver.
