Application to reinstate proceedings [PDF 103kB]
If an applicant or appellant fails to appear at their hearing, the Tribunal may dismiss their application.
If there is a reasonable excuse for not appearing at the hearing, the applicant or appellant can apply to NCAT to reinstate the proceedings.
The new form has been developed to help people apply for a reinstatement and ensure they provide the necessary information and documents with their application.
