'Feedback Assist' improving customer service

Announcement – 26 March 2018

Visitors to the NCAT website can now provide feedback using the Feedback Assist tool.  

The Feedback Assist tool appears on right hand side of the NCAT website homepage, contact us and feedback pages. You can provide your compliments, complaints and suggestion by simply clicking on the Feedback Assist icons.

The Feedback Assist tool provides another avenue for customers to communicate with NCAT.

What happens after I use Feedback Assist?

You will receive an automatically generated receipt number. Your feedback will then be sent to NCAT to consider and investigate.
