NCAT has updated its fact sheet which explains what information and assistance Registry staff can and cannot provide.

Registry staff can provide general information about Tribunal practices and procedures, and make reasonable adjustments for people with disability.  

However, they cannot tell you what to put on your application form, provide legal advice or take any other action that will compromise the Tribunal's impartiality
