On 3 June 2013 the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013 (the Act) commenced.
The Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division of NCAT reviews some decisions made by the Commissioner of Victims Rights under the Act.
The Act abolished the Victims Compensation Tribunal. Its functions were transferred to the former Administrative Decisions Tribunal which now forms part of NCAT.
