NCAT's Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division is made up of the following lists.
The Administrative Review List reviews administrative decisions made by government agencies. These include decisions about firearms licensing, access to government information, privacy of personal information and victims recognition or restitution payments and other government decisions.
The Community Services List reviews administrative decisions made in the community services sector. These include decisions about
child care providers and authorised carers (foster parents). It also reviews decisions made by the Children's Guardian about working with children checks.
The Equal Opportunity List mainly hears complaints of discrimination referred to it by the President of the Anti-Discrimination Board under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
The Revenue List reviews various State taxation assessments and decisions. These include decisions about land tax and first home owners grants.
